Gym Times

We offer a variety of hours daily to ensure that there will always be a time for you to come get your workout in! Options vary from open gym times for make-up workouts or some extra work, a Rise and Grind endurance session for the early birds (5:30a), and our traditional classes throughout the day!

If you are new to CrossFit Wild West, or just dropping in for one of our classes please show up 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and/or pay the drop-in fee. 

We also use Beyond the Whiteboard for workout tracks. 

 
 

CrossFit Classes

Monday - Friday

12:00p, 3:30p, 4:30p, 5:30p, & 6:30p (no 6:30p class on Fridays)

Saturdays
9:00a & 10:00a

CrossFit classes will be ran by our seasoned coaches in a group environment. Class includes a warm-up, workout explanation, movement overviews, and top tier programming for everybody! Check out "The Grinds" for class programming and additional pieces. 

Morning Open Gym

Monday - Thursday

10:00a – 12:00p

This Open Gym block is for CFWW members that either want to get extra work in, make-up workouts, or simply can't make it to any of the class times.  

Evening Open Gym

Monday - Thursday

7:30p -8:30p

Fridays
6:30p - 7:30p

Rise and Grind

Monday - Thursday

5:30a- 6:15a

An endurance-focused class with the intention to enhance cardiorespiratory fitness as well as beginning your day with an awesome burner! Light load, lots of reps, and even more gainz. No additional charge for unlimited members.
