Warm up- 
1 minute of each:
Dragon (each leg)
Low dragon (each leg)
Seated forward fold

PVC/ Weakness decision

Pre- 10 minute Weakness EMOM (pick two)

Metcon- For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 2 mins of:
8 Burpees
4 Racked Kettlebell Lunge (Right)s, 53/35 lbs
4 Racked Kettlebell Lunge (Left)s, 53/35 lbs

Rest 30 secs between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.

Cool down- 
1 minute of each:
Thread the needle (each arm)
Childs pose
