Partner Monday

Warm up- (7 minutes)
1 minute of each:
Dragon (each leg)
Pigeon (each leg) 
Stiff legged deadlift (alternate)
2 minutes- Jog around gym

Strength- 8 minute EMOM
3 position Clean (hip, above knee, floor)
*start at 60% and add from there

Metcon- As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Hang Squat Clean (60% 1RM Clean) 
10 Pull-ups
*alternate rounds with a partner

Cool down- (4 minutes)
1 minute of each:
Standing straddle
Standing forward fold
Squat stretch
